Job summary

Bellarine Psychology in Ocean Grove, VIC, is seeking a Senior Psychologist to provide supervision and lead our early-career development. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead, supervise provisional psychologists, and contribute to case reviews and practice quality.

The role focuses on a warm team culture, flexibility with days (minimum 2 per week), and ongoing professional development in a seaside community setting.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• Board Approved Supervisor status (essential).
• Solid clinical experience and a genuine interest in developing early-career psychologists.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and day-to-day support to provisional psychologists, helping them grow into confident, skilled practitioners.
• Support the Clinical Lead with clinical consultation, case review and practice quality.
• Carry a caseload in your areas of interest and expertise.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture through peer supervision and our regular lunch and learn sessions.
