Job summary

Framework Search Select Health Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced psychologist in Adelaide to move beyond caseload management and actively shape the clinical direction of the practice. You will lead, supervise and mentor, influencing standards and service delivery while developing the team and services.

You will balance a clinical caseload with strategic leadership, supported by Senior Managers and Board Approved Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology and AHPRA endorsement.
• Board Approved Supervisor status and Medicare provider eligibility.
• Experience in senior clinical leadership or supervision.
• Ability to mentor developing psychologists.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor early-career psychologists and developing clinicians.
• Support clinicians to build confidence, capability and clinical skills.
• Shape clinical standards, processes and service delivery.
• Contribute to strategic growth and development of the practice.
• Provide leadership around complex clinical presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and experiences.
• Influence direction of new services and clinical initiatives.

The experienced multidisciplinary team supports clients across clinic, community and telehealth settings, working closely with individuals, families and support networks to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.

As the service continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced psychologist who is ready to have greater influence, develop others and help shape the future direction of the practice.

Working closely with the Senior Managers and wider leadership team, you’ll balance a manageable clinical caseload with opportunities to:

Key selection criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology
• Full AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist
• Board Approved Supervisor status
• Medicare provider number or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrated senior clinical, leadership or supervision experience — or a strong desire to step into leadership
• A passion for mentoring, developing and supporting other psychologists
