Looking for a role where your expertise is valued and your career can grow?
Hopscotch & Harmony is an established, award-winning psychology practice with a strong reputation in child and adolescent mental health. We’re looking for a child and adolescent psychologist who values ongoing development, high-quality clinical work and being part of a genuinely supportive team.
We welcome applications from newly generally registered through to experienced and senior psychologists, with opportunities available at our Belmont clinic.
Start dates are flexible. We’re currently welcoming applicants who are available to start now, towards the end of 2026, or in early 2027.
You’ll work with children and adolescents through therapy and parent support within a collaborative, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed team. Your role can be shaped to reflect your experience, strengths and career goals.
For experienced psychologists looking for their next step, there are also opportunities to provide clinical supervision and mentorship, supporting early career psychologists and contributing to clinical excellence across the team.
We combine the stability and support of an established practice with a commitment to continually improving how we work. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your clinical interests while being surrounded by a team you can consult with, learn from and contribute to.
Depending on your experience and interests, you can:
Our experienced admin team manages scheduling and client communication, giving you more time to focus on your clients. You’ll also have access to regular supervision, peer consultation, and professional development.
We create regular opportunities for consultation, clinical debriefing and connection. Our team social events are held during work hours, because we believe connection should be part of work, not something you need to make time for after it.
Recent events have included laser tag, bowling, go-karting, escape rooms and a mystery picnic, as well as a team retreat in Daylesford.
We also provide access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support staff wellbeing.
We know the right fit matters, for both you and us. We’re happy to answer your questions and explore how the role could fit your experience, interests and career goals.
