Job summary

Better Self Psychology is expanding and seeking a full-time Clinical Lead to guide and mentor psychologists at all career stages. The role shapes therapy programs, provides clinical guidance on complex cases, and promotes collaborative team culture.

You’ll contribute to developing best practices, participate in recruitment and onboarding, and maintain a balanced caseload while supporting client care and team growth. Plympton-based practice with flexible, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Master of Clinical Psychology qualification is required.
• Board Approved Supervisor Registration is required.
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
• NDIS Workers Check.
• Current Police Clearance and DHS Working with Children Check.

The Leadership Role

There is an opportunity for a Clinical Lead to help shape the future of the practice at Better Self. This leadership position would involve supporting and mentoring psychologists at all stages of their careers, providing clinical guidance on complex cases, and fostering the collaborative team culture we're known for. In this role, you'll contribute to developing therapy programs, refining best practices, and strengthening how the team works together. You may also be involved in recruitment and onboarding, facilitating team check-ins and workshops, and maintaining high standards in client care, while continuing to manage a balanced clinical caseload.
