Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day building operations, coordinate inspections, quotes and repairs, and manage owner and resident relationships with a focus on service quality.

The role requires experience in facilities or building management, contractor oversight, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building management, facilities management, property management or related field.
• Strong understanding of building operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of contractor management, compliance obligations, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with residents, owners, committees, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily building operations for a residential mixed-use development.
• Conduct inspections, obtain quotes, and arrange repairs of building services.
• Identify non-compliance or risk issues and implement operational procedures for quality service.
• Manage owner and resident relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare reports and updates; maintain MS Office and building management systems.
