Qualifications

• Licensed to practice insurance in applicable jurisdiction; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic insurance placements end-to-end, develop go-to-market plans and prepare submissions.
• Manage client relationships as the primary adviser and present placement strategies.
• Coordinate with markets and underwriters to secure cost-effective coverage.
• Provide practical risk advisory, assessing exposures and market changes.
• Mentor and lead junior brokers to improve team performance.
