Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking an experienced Principal Broker to join our Corporate team in Perth. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and will involve leading large new business tenders and designing complex insurance programs.

You will manage an existing corporate portfolio, pursue new business opportunities, onboard clients, and maintain senior relationships with insurers to drive renewal and broking strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
• Strong market presence within General Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of Corporate clients.
• Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.
• On-board new clients and deliver on Marsh's value proposition with high-quality service.
• Build and maintain meaningful senior-level relationships with insurers and key revenue-generating accounts.
• Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring strong account retention and defence.
• Actively participate in claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.
