Job summary

Titanium Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager for Melbourne's Western Suburbs to lead a growing residential portfolio. You will own client relationships, coordinate maintenance, renewals and tenancy matters, while delivering exceptional service and growth of the portfolio.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive salary ($80K–$85K) plus super and the option for flexible work arrangements. You’ll be supported by leasing and admin staff in a collaborative team.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing residential property management business in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

With new clients coming on board and the portfolio continuing to expand, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio with genuine growth potential. You'll be joining a team looking for a confident, organised and proactive professional who can manage client expectations, stay on top of daily responsibilities and deliver exceptional service.

• Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + super, depending on experience
• Portfolio: Established portfolio with potential to grow to approximately 200 properties
