Job summary

Gough Recruitment QLD is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 180 properties on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on client relationships, maintenance oversight and renewals, with support from admin and out-of-office staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate leadership to mentor junior team members while managing a fast-paced workload.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a portfolio end-to-end in a senior PM role.
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior team members.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
• QLD driver’s license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of circa 180 properties + assist for OOO duties & admin.
• Overseeing maintenance.
• Lease renewals and vacates.
• Entries & exits.
• QCAT & insurance claims where required.
• Monitoring rent arrears.
• No Trust accounting, Open Homes or Application processing.
