You will lead a small team, ensure safety and compliance, and build strong partnerships with university stakeholders while delivering exceptional student living.

• Minimum 3 years of property management or related experience.
• WWCC and Police Check are required.
• Current driving licence and car are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, costs, and occupancy performance.
• Enhance resident experience through programs and initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and university partners, with timely reporting.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the property.
• Recruit, develop and mentor team members to drive high performance.
