UniLodge Living Group is seeking a dedicated Property Manager Operations for UniLodge Park Central in Australia. In this fixed-term role through to May 2027, you will lead daily property operations, optimize occupancy and financial performance, and foster a vibrant resident community.

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders and service providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in property management, student accommodation or similar field.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and Blue Card.

• Deliver effective financial management by overseeing budgets and occupancy.
• Provide exceptional service through engagement programs and resident satisfaction.
