Job summary

Recruit & Consult seeks an experienced residential property manager to oversee a small, single-landlord portfolio in Sydney. The role blends property management, leasing, and facilities coordination, with scope to lead minor renovations and identify opportunities to improve rental returns, without the pressures of a large portfolio.

You will manage inspections, arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals, while coordinating repairs, quotes and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' residential property management experience
• Strong knowledge of legislation relevant to residential property management
• A current driver’s licence and reliable car
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• A stable work history with employment references

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing from inspections through key handover
• Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
• Oversee facilities, repairs, quotes and trades
• Coordinate minor renovations, budgets and contractors
• Manage compliance and NCAT matters as required
