Job summary

Seek.com.au seeks an experienced Property Management leader to head the Residential Property Management and Leasing department within a growing real estate business in Sydney.

You will drive performance, lead a team of 5+ staff, manage KPIs and budgets, and partner with senior management to deliver service excellence and growth.

This senior role offers autonomy, a negotiable package and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential Property Management.
• At least 3 years' leadership or management experience within Property Management.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ employees.
• Strong understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Property Management and Leasing department, driving operational and portfolio performance.
• Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, vacancies, arrears, leasing and maintenance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team through coaching, performance reviews and clear accountability.
• Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and departmental efficiency.
• Ensure compliance, strong service standards and effective stakeholder relationships.
• Manage underperformance and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives, profitability and continued growth.
