Buckmaster Hawkey is seeking a Senior Property Manager stepping up to Team Leader to oversee a CBD/inner-city portfolio in Melbourne. You will mentor Property Managers, manage escalated tenancy matters and contribute to team growth with strong leadership and organisational skills.

The role offers significant scope to develop leadership credentials while maintaining portfolio management responsibilities, supported by a modern tech-enabled operation and structured career progression.

Formación

• Strong experience across all aspects of residential property management.
• Ability to guide, mentor and develop a PM team.
• Proven leadership potential with readiness for team leadership.
• Current Victorian Agent's Representative requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a predominantly CBD and inner-city portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Property Managers.
• Assist with workflow, escalations and more complex tenancy matters.
• Support the ongoing development and performance of the PM team.
• Help maintain service standards, systems and procedures.
• Work closely with senior management as the department grows.
