Linea Talent Group in Melbourne's inner CBD is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a well-maintained residential portfolio with support from an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service while leveraging strong systems and a collaborative culture.

You’ll own the portfolio, manage landlords relationships, oversee maintenance, and coordinate tenant communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of stable experience in residential property management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of Vic tenancy legislation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a stable residential portfolio with autonomy.
• Build and maintain landlord relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant communications.
• Work with leasing and inspection teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Mentor junior team members and support portfolio growth.
