Buckmaster Hawkey in South Melbourne is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a growing rent roll of ~350 properties, split with a Senior PM to fuel expansion. The role focuses on industrial and commercial assets with landlord/tenant relations, lease negotiations and portfolio maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in commercial property management.
• Industrial experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of commercial properties.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews.
• Maintenance, repairs and contractor management.
• Inspections, compliance and tenancy management.
• Landlord and tenant communication.
• Portfolio administration using Cirrus8.
