Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a local portfolio with strong admin support, streamlined processes, and industry-leading technology. You will build lasting client relationships, oversee leasing, repairs, and inspections, and operate with autonomy.

The role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule, a remote day, and a supportive, low-turnover team with wide development opportunities in a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Current Certificate of Registration.
• Reliable car and driver's licence.
• Positive energy with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio local to the Inner West.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct routine and outgoing inspections.
• Manage bond claims.
• Attend NCAT hearings when required.
• Maintain low arrears with a well-managed rent roll.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities with autonomy and accountability.
