Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a standalone role managing a small residential portfolio, primarily in Adelaide's southern suburbs. You will work autonomously from a modern office in Adelaide's south, acting as the dedicated residential expert within a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have end-to-end residential property management experience, strong trust accounting knowledge, and excellent organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous end-to-end residential property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of trust accounting.
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the portfolio.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current Property Management registration/licensing for South Australia.
• Current valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small portfolio end-to-end.
• Oversee trust accounting duties.
• Build and maintain landlord/tenant relationships.
• Coordinate routine inspections and leasing as required.
• Manage maintenance and arrears.
• Handle emergency management when needed.
