Job summary

Gough Recruitment WA is partnering with a client in Adelaide's southern suburbs to recruit an experienced Property Manager for a standalone role managing a small residential portfolio. The role emphasizes autonomy, exceptional service, and contribution to a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will bring end-to-end residential property management experience, strong trust accounting knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• End-to-end residential property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small residential portfolio end-to-end.
• Maintain trust accounting duties and financial records.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct routine inspections and leasing coordination as required.
• Oversee maintenance, arrears, and emergency management as needed.
• Contribute to growing the rent roll and portfolio.

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager with trust accounting experience to step into a standalone role managing a small residential portfolio primarily across Adelaide's southern suburbs. The Opportunity

• Manage a small portfolio
• End-to-end property management responsibilities
