Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio in the North East Corridor of Adelaide. You will focus on delivering excellent service within a well-established agency, supported by a dedicated Leasing Manager and a larger experienced team.

The Role

Managing a portfolio of approximately approx. 140 properties within the North East Corridor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, with a strong focus on relationship management and in-house duties.

You'll be supported by:

• A dedicated Leasing Manager
• A floating Property Manager who covers annual leave and sick leave
• A large, experienced team within one of Adelaide's leading agencies

What You'll Be Doing:
