Job summary

Gough Recruitment WA is partnering with a client in Adelaide's southern suburbs to recruit an experienced Property Manager for a standalone role managing a small residential portfolio. The role emphasizes autonomy, exceptional service, and contribution to a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will bring end-to-end residential property management experience, strong trust accounting knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• End-to-end residential property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of trust accounting and financial processes.
• Excellent organisation and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a portfolio.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with client-facing strengths.
• Current SA property management registration/licensing and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small residential portfolio end-to-end.
• Maintain trust accounting duties and financial records.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct routine inspections and leasing coordination as required.
• Oversee maintenance, arrears, and emergency management as needed.
• Contribute to growing the rent roll and portfolio.
