Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to handle a residential portfolio in the Macarthur area. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work and access to dedicated Leasing and Accounts support, allowing you to focus on results.

You will manage a portfolio with a Junior Property Manager, oversee arrears and renewals, and build strong landlord/tenant relationships, while delivering excellent service and staying compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' residential Property Management experience.
• Manage a portfolio of 150+ properties.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
• Current driver's licence and access to a car.
• Experience with PropertyTree, Inspection Express and digital property management systems.
• A proactive communicator who is organised, tech-savvy and calm under pressure.
• Someone who takes ownership, works well within a team and genuinely enjoys property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio alongside a Junior Property Manager.
• Oversee rental arrears, lease renewals and tenant notices.
• Issue breach notices and manage tenancy matters as required.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Communicate proactively and attend onsite meetings when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping your portfolio organised and compliant.
