Job summary

The Pathway Group in Melbourne seeks an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, protecting clients’ investments and ensuring a positive experience for landlords and tenants.

With leasing and administration support, you’ll focus on building lasting relationships, coordinating maintenance, inspections and tenancy documentation, and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation.

Qualifications

• Current Agents Representative Certificate and Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication and follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include:
