Jellis Craig Monash is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to lead end-to-end management of a residential portfolio in Melbourne.

You will maintain high standards of communication, nurture landlord and tenant relationships, manage rent reviews and renewals, and work within a cooperative team that supports professional growth. A Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or full Licence) and proven portfolio management experience are required.

The Opportunity

This is an experienced, client-facing position responsible for the end-to-end management of a well-maintained residential portfolio. You’ll be supported by a structured team environment that includes dedicated Leasing and BDM professionals—freeing you up to focus on relationship management and strategic portfolio oversight.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of a residential portfolio, including inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Arrears control, compliance, breach notices and VCAT representation
• Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Maintaining high standards of communication, reporting and client care
• Contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

About You

You are a polished and experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio independently and thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting. You are highly organised, have strong commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

You Will Bring:

• Proven experience managing your own Property Management portfolio
• A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or full Licence)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A polished, professional presentation aligned with a premium brand

Other Details

• Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 1 in 4 Saturdays – with additional remuneration
