Job summary

Jellis Craig Port Phillip is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our busy Property Management team in Port Phillip. You will manage a well‑maintained portfolio with leasing, admin and trust accounting support.

You will build strong relationships with rental providers and tenants, conduct inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals, and coordinate maintenance, compliance and, if required, VCAT preparation, while delivering service that reflects our premium brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of residential Property Management experience.
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and passion for customer care.
• A solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a well‑maintained portfolio with the support of leasing, admin and trust accounting teams.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters.
• Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Handle maintenance coordination, compliance and VCAT preparation (if required).
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects our brand’s high standards.
