Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Property Coordinator to join our Perth Property Team. This role supports residential property management services, ensuring compliance with Western Australian legislation and Sodexo policies, while driving process improvements and data quality across the portfolio.

Working with the Regional Manager of Property and Operations Support Officer, you will oversee tenancy documentation, communications, and site coverage as travel is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential real estate/property management.
• Current WA Property Management Registration is required.
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management practices.
• Excel skills and proficient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and onsite property management support to the Perth Property Team.
• Manage and maintain accurate tenant and property information within relevant systems.
• Prepare and issue Form 19 notices and other tenancy documentation per legislation.
• Prepare and distribute professional and timely tenant communications.
• Develop and coordinate topics for quarterly tenant newsletters.
• Provide onsite Property Management support and leave coverage as required.
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities and maintain records.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction survey results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support standardising processes across towns and locations.
• Ensure compliance with WA legislation, contracts, Sodexo governance and internal procedures.
