Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and digital environments.
• Experience managing application lifecycles, implementations, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Experience with engineering design, supply chain, asset management, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience with software licensing, software asset management, vendor management, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise applications across engineering, government systems, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Lead application lifecycle activities including implementation, integration, upgrade, modernization, and retirement.
• Manage software vendors, licensing, maintenance contracts, and support relationships.
• Optimize software utilization, licensing compliance, and overall value.
• Support portfolio management, rationalization, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance enterprise technology initiatives.
