Job summary

TalenToucan is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our project planning and controls team in Australia. You will develop and maintain detailed programs using Primavera P6, support time/cost-loaded schedules, and contribute to earned value management and delay analysis.

You will collaborate with senior consultants and clients, bring strong CPM scheduling knowledge, and ensure timely delivery across major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, engineering or construction in Australia.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience is essential.
• Experience using MS Project and/or ASTA.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and delay analysis principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Prepare resource and cost-loaded schedules for tenders and live projects.
• Support project controls, reporting and earned value management.
• Assist with delay analysis and extension of time assessments.
• Monitor project performance relating to time, cost, resources and quality.
• Identify project risks and provide planning insights to stakeholders.
• Support planning audits, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and senior consultants.
