Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler / Planner to support Natural Resource projects in Australia. The role focuses on schedule development, analysis, and reporting across all project phases, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will work with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless schedule integration, monitor progress, conduct risk analysis, and present findings via dashboards and summaries.

Qualifications

• Proven background as Lead Planner, Senior Scheduler, Planner or Schedule Manager in Natural Resources.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills; Safran, Acumen Fuse or Primavera Risk desirable.
• Power BI experience is an advantage for reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Coordination: Align inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction and commissioning.
• Project Integration: Ensure seamless schedule integration with technical advisors, clients, contractors and subcontractors.
• Progress Monitoring: Track, analyse and report schedule performance, achievements and forecasts.
• Schedule Analysis: Perform quality checks, critical path analysis, DCMA assessments and comparisons.
• Risk & Performance Analysis: Conduct schedule risk assessments, EVM and SPI monitoring.
• Forensic & Delay Analysis: Lead forensic reviews to support claims and project reviews.
• Dashboard Reporting: Present schedule data using dashboards and summary reports.
