Job summary

Assystem is seeking a Project Controls Consultant to work on multi-sector projects in Australia. The role focuses on developing and maintaining schedules, cost controls, and risk reporting, while training clients to use project reports and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex infrastructure programmes.

The successful candidate will join a team delivering high-pressure projects, bringing strong IT competence and experience with Primavera P6/PRISM/ARM, and will contribute to continuous

Qualifications

• 3+ years project experience
• Good understanding of the benefits and application of project planning and project controls
• High level of IT skills and experience using planning/cost/risk software e.g. Primavera P6, Prism, ARM
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Reliable and adaptable to change
• Displays a positive can-do attitude and behaviour

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules/cost controls/risk management/reporting
• Perform analysis and interrogation on schedules/cost
• Develop Project Controls systems and train clients in the use of the reports
• Maintain project reporting requirements
• Ensure performance is positive and proactive and provide a high impact service
• Support clients and offer further Assystem support in delivery of their project
