Job summary

GE Vernova in Sydney is seeking an experienced Planner to drive schedule integrity for large-scale energy infrastructure programs. You will be the primary technical lead, bridging scheduling data with strategic project delivery.

You bring 8+ years in EPC/energy planning, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and a track record in CPM, risk management, and stakeholder communication to influence multi-disciplinary teams and support high-value tenders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in planning/scheduling within EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Solid experience with Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Strong CPM, risk management, and schedule quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Schedule: baseline development, version control, and CPM analysis for multi-site programs.
• Drive schedule performance: health checks, EV reporting, variance analysis to keep projects on track.
• Influence & collaborate: lead client meetings and workshops with engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Support commercial success: provide schedule-based evidence for delay analyses and EOT claims; contribute to tenders.
• Mentor: establish scheduling standards and grow the team as the portfolio scales.

What You'll Do
