Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery.
• Experience in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations.
• Ability to build consensus and influence within matrixed, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia with flexible on-site/remote balance.

Responsibilities

• Champion service excellence: lead long-term service agreements and contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, EHS) for safe outages.
• Drive customer relationships and identify GE Vernova value offerings.
• Navigate outages, addressing technical, commercial and contractual risks.
• Oversee deliverables, contract administration and KPI-based performance.
