Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Planner to drive schedule integrity for large-scale energy infrastructure programs. You will lead baseline development, version control, and critical path analysis across multi-site projects, using Primavera P6 to deliver health checks and variance analysis.

The role requires strong collaboration with engineering, procurement, and site teams to drive commercial success. You will mentor team members and set scheduling standards as the portfolio grows,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of planning/scheduling experience in EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6; strong capability in MS Excel and data visualization.
• Deep understanding of schedule quality frameworks, CPM, and risk management.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract and program-based delay analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex schedule data for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Schedule: Lead baseline development, version control, and critical path analysis for multi-site programs.
• Drive Performance: Use P6 to perform schedule health checks, EV reporting, and variance analysis to keep projects on track.
• Influence & Collaborate: Lead scheduling discussions in client meetings and workshops across engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Support Commercial Success: Provide schedule-based evidence for delay analysis and EOT claims; contribute to high-value tenders planning.
• Mentor: Set scheduling standards and support growth of team members as portfolio scales.
