Job summary

GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage designs and delivers advanced motor, drive, and control technologies to accelerate the energy transition. We seek an experienced Planner to drive schedule integrity for large-scale energy infrastructure programs and bridge complex data with strategic delivery across engineering, commercial, and construction teams.

The role centers on owning the master schedule, performing baseline development and critical path analysis, and leading client workshops.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of planning/scheduling experience in EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency; strong Excel and data visualization.
• Knowledge of CPM, schedule quality frameworks, and risk management.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract and program-based delay analysis.
• Excellent communication; translates complex schedule data for leadership and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Planning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Schedule: lead baseline development, version control, and critical path analysis for multi-site programs.
• Drive Performance: use P6 for schedule health checks, EV reporting, and variance analysis.
• Influence & Collaborate: act as the scheduling voice in client meetings and lead workshops across teams.
• Support Commercial Success: provide schedule-based evidence for delay analysis and EOT claims.
• Mentor: set scheduling standards and grow the team as the portfolio scales.
