Job summary

GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage is seeking an experienced Planner to drive schedule integrity on large-scale energy infrastructure programs. You will be the primary technical lead bridging complex scheduling data with strategic project delivery across multiple sites.

This role requires 8+ years in EPC or energy planning, advanced Primavera P6 skills, CPM, and strong stakeholder communication. You will mentor others and contribute to high-value tenders while supporting commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of planning/scheduling experience in EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 with strong scheduling and baseline management.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization abilities.
• Knowledge of CPM and risk management.
• Familiarity with contract forms and delay analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Planning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Schedule with baseline development, version control, and CPM analysis.
• Conduct schedule health checks, EV reporting, and variance analysis.
• Lead client meetings and workshops aligning engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Provide schedule-based evidence for delay analysis and EOT claims.
• Mentor and set scheduling standards across the portfolio.
