Key duties include planning, tracking progress, preparing agendas and minutes, and managing risks and issues to realise project benefits. Experience with dashboards and budget reporting is valued.

Formación

• Experience preparing regular project status reports, dashboards, briefs, and presentations materials for stakeholders and governance forums.
• Experience supporting financial admin activities including budget tracking, procurement coordination, and resource reporting.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and decision logs for oversight and control.
• Certificate or Diploma in Project Management or related field

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support the planning, implementation, and delivery of project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Provide project governance and secretariat support, including agendas, meeting papers, minutes, action register, and governance reporting.
• Monitor project deliverables and track progress against timelines and objectives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities and assist with change management and benefits realization.
