Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a part-time Senior Project Officer to provide business management and project coordination support across ICT and transformation programs, located at our Canberra office.

The role requires expertise in budgeting, forecasting, procurement and financial reporting, plus strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience. Australian citizenship with NV1 security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing business management and governance support within ICT, program or project delivery environments.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, procurement coordination and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple organisational levels.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
• Experience supporting project governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management and project coordination support across ICT and business transformation programs.
• Coordinate project reporting: financial, workforce, risk and performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial monitoring and reconciliation.
• Support procurement, contract administration and vendor engagement.
• Maintain project documentation, registers and governance artefacts.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding and administrative processes.
• Prepare briefing papers, reports and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Support audit, assurance and compliance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic project support.
