Job summary

The candidate will coordinate complex investigations, communicate recommendations, and manage records with rigorous adherence to policies and vetting requirements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification relevant to research, law, policy analysis or data analysis, or equivalent experience.
• Satisfactory security and related vetting, including a criminal records check.
• Signed understanding and acceptance of relevant policies.
• Two statutory declarations concerning conflicts of interest, arrests, charges and convictions, and a health declaration.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects overseeing mandatory disease testing legislation, analyse evidence and agency information, prepare public reports and advise on systemic improvements.
• Describe how you planned an oversight project, coordinated contributors and advised senior staff on emerging issues or risks.
• Explain how you identified information needed and used powers or formal processes to obtain it appropriately.
• Provide examples of improving privacy and records management while meeting state obligations.
