Job summary

HorizonOne Recruitment Pty is seeking a senior project support role to manage end-to-end contract management, data governance and reporting for two national surveillance systems. You’ll work directly with the Program Manager and coordinate laboratories nationwide, ensuring governance, access and timely data publications.

The role offers a labour hire contract through to mid-2028 with extension options, and flexible or remote working arrangements by agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or contract management within a government or technical environment.
• Experience with data governance processes, including data access and data requests.
• Clear written communication skills and ability to support reports, publications or dashboards.
• Ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading project and program coordination activities across AURA programming, in support of the Program Manager
• Managing service provider and ICT contracts, including procurement and funding administration
• Coordinating the onboarding and reintegration of contributing laboratories into the surveillance systems
• Overseeing data governance processes, including data access arrangements and data requests
• Supporting the development and publication of reports, publications and communications
• Coordinating data dashboards and analytics activities
• Maintaining operational resources and user access, and provide broader administrative support as required
