Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of construction activities for Snowy 2.0‑related works in remote NSW areas. You will guide engineers and construction personnel to ensure information and support to achieve project goals, maintaining safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction activities within the assigned work scope, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with Construction Directors, engineers, designers, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate complex schedules, resources and activities.
• Ensure construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide dedicated leadership to construction teams, fostering safety and excellence in delivery.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet contract, specifications and standards.
• Facilitate effective, timely communication between project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify, address and resolve construction-related conflicts or issues.
• Monitor construction budgets and expenditures for cost-effectiveness and waste reduction.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues in temporary and permanent works.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports tailored to the audience.
• Lead weekly, six-week look-ahead, and three-month look-ahead plans with milestones.
