Future Generation Joint Venture seeks a seasoned site professional to direct and coordinate electrical/mechanical construction activities within the Snowy 2.0 project. You will engage with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure delivery meets time, cost, quality and safety targets.

Role requires strong leadership, detailed planning, and proactive problem-solving in a remote, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• White Card and construction-industry awareness.
• Minimum 5 years in construction roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily works of site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules and forecast completion dates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
• Prepare QA documents, ITPs, and method statements.
