Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is the principal contractor for Snowy Hydro's Snowy 2.0 project. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of construction activities within the allocated scope.

You will guide engineers and construction personnel to provide information and support, ensuring safe, compliant delivery under the EPC contract and project specifications. Remote challenging conditions apply in several sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction activities within the assigned work scope, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with Construction Directors, engineers, designers, suppliers and subcontractors to align complex construction schedules and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across the works.
• Provide leadership to construction teams, promoting safety and excellence in delivery.
• Oversee quality control to meet EPC contract, project specifications and IFC designs.
• Facilitate clear, timely communication between project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues and risks during execution.
• Assist budgeting and cost control to support cost-effectiveness and waste reduction.
• Develop and maintain weekly, look-ahead and milestone plans with measurable targets.
