Job summary

Horner Recruitment Ltd partners with a highly respected Southern Sydney organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a regulated, safety-critical scientific and engineering setting.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning, while mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with rigorous standards. Onsite benefits include café, free parking, and childcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizenship is essential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Security Clearance.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Formal Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent CAPEX projects across scope, cost, schedule, and quality and compliance.
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks.
• Managing risk, governance, compliance, and safety obligations.
• Providing clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory and operational standards.
