Job summary

Amida Group is a growing boutique project management consultancy in Sydney seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. You will lead multi-sector projects across Hospitality, Education, Health, Office, Aged Care and Government, from front-end through delivery, while managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10+ years in client-side PM with head contractor exposure, excellent communication, and solid experience delivering projects with

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management or similar.
• 5 to 10+ years’ experience in a client side PM role and head contractor experience would also be ideal.
• Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion.
• Exposure to program management and critical path timelines.
• Experience on building projects, commercial fit-out is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of design consultants, construction contractors and other consultants.
• Contracts administration and claims management.
• Management of approvals and design development processes.
• Exposure to various procurement models and contract types.
• Delivery of project management services to client as per scope, schedule and budget.
• Preparing tender submissions and maintaining client relationships.
• Managing regulatory approvals and design coordination.
• Stakeholder liaison and live-environment coordination.
• Cost management and site variation control.
