Job summary

Amida Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing boutique project management consultancy. You will lead multi-project delivery across commercial, hospitality, health and government sectors, with responsibilities spanning front-end advisory through construction delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in client-side PM or head contractor roles, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office and project tools.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in a client-side PM role, head contractor experience ideal.
• End-to-end project management from concept through to completion.
• Exposure to program management, timelines and critical paths.
• Experience on a variety of building projects; commercial fit-out advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of design consultants, contractors and other specialists.
• Contracts administration and claims management.
• Management of statutory approvals and design development.
• Exposure to multiple procurement models and contract forms.
• Stakeholder management and client liaison; lead project delivery.
• Develop and maintain networks to deliver outstanding services.
