Job summary

Parkview Constructions Pty is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own large-scale, complex construction projects from planning through to completion in Sydney. This senior role drives outcomes, leads high-performing teams and serves as the main contact for clients and consultants throughout the lifecycle.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of Sydney construction market and local authority requirements.
• Strong contract administration and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams.
• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented.
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth.
