Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major commercial construction projects in Sydney. You will provide leadership, oversee programming, budgeting, risk and compliance, and drive delivery on time and to a high standard.

With 10+ years of Tier 1/2 experience and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, you will manage client and contractor relationships, lead project teams, and ensure safe, profitable outcomes across complex sites.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Tier 1 or 2 commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects valued $20M+.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Australian standards, legislation and contracts.
• Strong capability in project programming and PM software.
• Excellent commercial, financial and contractual understanding.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Australian construction-industry induction credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major commercial construction projects.
• Lead and develop project teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Manage construction programming, resourcing, progress and recovery strategies.
• Oversee project financial performance, cash flow, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, notices, risks and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining safety and quality.
• Drive project systems, reporting, documentation and communication.
• Support tendering and business development opportunities when required.
