Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a project manager.
• Experience managing complex projects from inception to closure.
• Experience improving processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse management teams and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Business and technical balance.
• PMI/Agile certification preferred.
• OpenSource technologies knowledge preferred.
• Australian Government security clearance at PV Top Secret level.

Responsibilities

• Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
• Determine, monitor, and review costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risk.
• Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements.
• Facilitate development of recommended project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Manage project forecast projections to client and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report activities including subcontractor monitoring.
• Establish metrics for measuring key project criteria.
• Develop project status reports.
• Lead status review meetings among project team members and clients.
• Integrate and use PM/Delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC).
