Job summary

Red Hat’s Global Professional Services team in Canberra seeks a Manager to lead a segment of the ANZ Public Sector Consulting delivery group. You’ll drive team development and regional profitability while partnering with Sales to expand consulting services bookings and revenue.

Your role includes shaping delivery platforms, ensuring successful outcomes, and mentoring consultants to advance their careers, all within a hybrid work model in Canberra, Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or supporting sales of professional services, including statements of work and pricing.
• Proven ability to develop large proposals and engage clients for new work.
• Strong track record in people development and talent growth.
• Experience in customer-facing professional services delivery and project reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to scope Consulting Services solutions.
• Review customer proposals by analyzing environments and expectations.
• Coordinate internal approvals for each proposal.
• Provide a solid delivery platform and ensure successful outcomes for customers.
• Grow revenue by developing relationships and delivering new projects.
• Oversee revenue, margin, and utilization targets for the team.
• Coordinate staffing and profitability with Consulting Operations.
• Build relationships with Red Hat departments and act as trusted advisor.
• Create development plans for consultants to advance their careers.
