Qualifications

• Experience leading consulting delivery teams and talent development.
• Proven sales support for professional services, including creating proposals and pricing.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage project costs, rates, and terms for consulting engagements.
• Australian citizenship and security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales & Pre-Sales to scope Consulting Services solutions.
• Review proposals by defining needs from the customer's environment and expectations.
• Secure internal approvals for each proposal with key stakeholders.
• Provide a solid delivery platform and ensure successful outcomes for customers.
• Develop relationships with business stakeholders to grow revenue and win new projects.
• Oversee revenue, margin, and utilization targets for the team.
• Coordinate staffing and profitability with the Consulting Operations team.
• Build strong relationships with other Red Hat departments and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Create development plans for Consultants to enable career progression.
